Get Recruited are currently supporting a global leader who operate within the FMCG market who, due to exponential growth, are seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving the sales strategy for the UK team. You will be overseeing a team, whilst promoting the company’s products within the designated markets.

THE ROLE:

  • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales goals, strategies and objectives
  • Prepare and develop company policies and guidelines for your team to follow
  • Oversee the day to day operations for the field team
  • Measure results and optimise sales operations
  • Conduct market research, identifying different ways in which to increase revenue
  • Drive the growth of the business

THE PERSON:

  • At least 2 years experience within the FMCG market is essential
  • Business Development / Account Manager / Area Sales / Territory Sales / Field Sales experience is essential
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably of a field sales team
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, coach and grow a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

THE BENEFITS:
