EXPERIENCE : Bachelors Degree or A level qualification in Sales & Marketing

OPPORTUNITY : Hygiene Contracts Ltd is a young and dynamic company who offer professional air and water hygiene services. Due to rapid growth, we are now looking for graduate or A level qualified team player skilled in sales and marketing.

Our current client base is rapidly growing and we need that special person to take our sales and marketing up 10 levels ! This team player will use old and modern strategies to target the businesses sectors that Hygiene Contracts Ltd operates within. You would be required to build the website traffic, control and update our website, control our social media presence, printed sales material, organize sales campaigns whether this is in printed or electronic form, in addition to telesales whilst maintaining industry knowledge and applying relevant practices to the marketing strategy.

Candidates must have the drive to work on their own initiative. You must enjoy engaging with customers, enjoy working as part of a team and want to deliver high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities of Role 

Contribute to the development of the company sales and marketing administration activities.

Ensure that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner & commence a customer feedback programme.

Support incoming enquiries, co-ordinate client meetings and support contract preparation.

Implement ways of maintaining relationships with all current and past clients.

Maintain, enhance and keep up to date all aspects of the web site Inc. Ad-Words & Social Media.

Actively support the preparation of promotions, exhibitions, road shows etc. to attract new clients.

Support job closeout processes and implement ongoing client contact strategies.

Continually review and improve company sales literature, company sales presentations and advertising material.

Contact and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Create new business leads and organise follow up activities.

Weekly meetings with the Sales Director giving feedback relating to all KPIS on sales and marketing, jobs won etc.

Visit customers.

Qualifications and Rewards 

A Sales and Marketing qualification is required

A proven research thesis must be available to view at interview

Report to the Sales Director

Training shall be provided on the services that the company offers.

20 days annual leave

£22,000 + bonus and review after 6 months
