Sales Office Administrator

Job Details

Hours of work: Mon to Thurs 8.00am to 4.45pm Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm

Salary: £16,000 per annum

My client is a long-established manufacturing company based in Huddersfield who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator.

Full product and technical training will be given on all aspects of their industry sector.

The job duties would be as follows:

  • Answering customer telephone calls.
  • Monitoring customer enquiries and orders received via email.
  • Imputing orders onto their bespoke software system and learning to utilise the system to extract information daily.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Allocated and responsible for several key accounts (after sufficient training).

Key Attributes:

  • Experience within a sales administration role.
  • Team player.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
