Built in 1854 as the city’s High School, the Stirling Highland Hotel is within easy reach of both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and perfectly placed for exploring Stirling, the nearby castles and battlefields, and the magnificent Scottish Highlands beyond.
About the role…
The Sales Office Manager will manage the resources of the reservations and events departments in order to achieve or exceed the departments’ budgeted revenue and profitability, whilst maintaining quality standards and high levels of customer service.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue from both existing local clients and new organisations.
You will have a strong sales office management background within hotels coupled with excellent people management skills.
You’ll need to be creative, think outside the box and be intuitive about guest needs. Great written and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships at all levels.
