Some phrases to describe this company – world leading, inspirational brand, at the forefront of technology and rapidly growing. They’re looking for a Sales Operations and Planning Manager to ensure continual improvement within the sales function.
As their Sales Operations and Planning Manager, you’ll be in a critical position responsible for all planning and analytical functions within the global sales team – this will include budgeting, reporting, quota setting and presentation production. You’ll also be responsible for managing sales process optimisation including CRM development, bonus scheme design, recruitment and sales training co-ordination.
To succeed in this role of Sales Operations and Planning Manager you’ll need to have experience of a similar role, ideally from within a business focused on aerospace. Strong Excel and analytical skills along with experience of delivering multiple complex projects would certainly hold you in good stead.
