The sales team arranges visits, undertakes tours, prepares material, advises on features, agrees the sale and sees it through to completion. And then there’s the after sales service…. If you’re a friendly, outgoing individual with a real customer focus, and you’re comfortable working in a challenging targets-driven culture, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy and developing.


Working in a busy Sales Department you will be responsible for progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion. This role requires a confident communicator, who will liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents as well as a range of internal stakeholders during the sales process.

This is a varied role and we’re looking for someone who has experience in contract chasing. You must be well organised, able to work under your own initiative and have excellent IT skills.


Processing reservations to exchange and completion and supporting on-site sales staff

Liaising with Brokers, Solicitors and the sales team to ensure legal and mortgage admin processes are proceeding at the correct pace

Completing extensive reports on outstanding contracts, legal completion statistics, etc

Liaising with customers, suppliers and service providers to co-ordinate works and ensure smooth workflow between departments

Generating correspondence with customers

Working closely with senior members of the sales team and liaising with members of staff from other Departments within the Division

Attending weekly sales & build progress meetings and pre-start meetings

General office administration
