Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls to maximise renewal targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients that lead to increased revenue;
  • Carry out all renewals administration duties in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Perform effective account management providing excellent customer service.
