Sales secretary required for a branch of estate agents in Bury st Edmunds
·Duties will involve the administration and associated typing relating to the office using Microsoft Office and other industry related software.
·A particular duty will be the co-ordinating of information with the other sales offices using their CRM system and email.
·In addition you will be expected to play an active role in the sales process, qualifying potential purchasers, arranging appointments and valuations, chasing sales and accompanying viewings etc.
·Previous experience within the industry an advantage but not necessary.
·Previous PA/secretarial experience essential.
Salary – negotiable.
Hours – 9.00-6.00 Monday to Friday and 9.00-4.00 Saturdays (1 in 2 rota
