The ideal candidate would be a team player, be highly self-driven and motivated.
Working as part of a fast paced team in a dynamic and fast growth company the candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise, with good communication skills.
Main duties include:
- To do a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads for the sales team
- To contact all non-spending customers
- Required to deal with incoming web leads and other generated leads, as well as using other resources available to them such as old data bases, the internet, social media etc
- Cold calling
- Experience in or have a background in telesales / sales (Outbound)
- Self-driven and motivated, willing to push themselves and be part of a team
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, confident and enthusiastic
- Experience in working to, meeting and exceeding targets
CCTV experience is not essential as full training will be provided
KPI’s will be based on:
- Number of calls made
- Number of effective calls
- Accounts opened with a credit limit
This role requires efficiency and organised working practices; the working environment is fast paced and requires team members to be flexible, adaptable and supportive to other members of the team.
The successful candidate will be positive and outgoing; friendly whilst maintaining professionalism; organised, dynamic and eager to learn; with an exceptional telephone manner.
