Due to expansion, a new position has opened within our company for a Sales Support /Major Accounts Administrator to join our team in Grangemouth. The position of Sales Support / Major Accounts Administrator requires excellent communication and administrative skills and a good awareness of our InspHire and CRM systems
An example of the key objectives involved in this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Professionally and effectively liaise with Sales & Operations colleagues.
- Good Communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Manage Major Account Service Level Agreements.
- Computer literate & efficient filing management.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office including a competent grasp of Excel.
- Produce Account Activity reports.
8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
