Job Details

A specification sales role creating demand and securing commercial specifications for my client’s leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding materials.

Overview:

Package:  Competitive basic + 10% bonus, £7,800 car allowance, pension, family healthcare and 26 days holiday

Territory: North West, North East and Yorkshire

Selling: Decorative facades / exterior cladding solutions

Customers: Architects, specifiers, high-rise developers and contractors – projects across the private & public sector

Responsibilities:

  • A specification led sales, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions.
  • Inheriting an established and well performing area, with a project bank to pick up and manage
  • Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects across the private and public sector.
  • Typically within education, healthcare, offices, leisure centres, hotels, airports, shopping centres…
  • Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors.
