Telesales Coodinator

Job Details

Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company within the Finance and Banking Sector, are currently seeking a Telesales Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The role would involve proactively sourcing sales from within the allocated geographical location, developing and building relationships and acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate will be bright, outgoing and self-motivated. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. Furthermore, they will possess a drive and enthusiasm for generating revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Proactively sourcing sales from within a specific territory
-Working consistently to a monthly target
-Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
-Providing the Area Sales Managers with business leads
-Gathering and collating market information
-Updating the CRM
-Carrying out all necessary administrative duties
-Operating within the context of the FCA regulations at all times
-Ensuring the products are marketed using the appropriate methods
-Maintaining an up-to-date product knowledge

Skills and experience
-Maths & English GCSE grade C or above
-Telesales experience or experience within target-driven environment
-Strong customer service/sales experience
-Professional telephone manner and an ability to confidently strike up a conversation
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Highly motivated
-Computer literate
-Ability to plan and organise
-Strong team player
-Calm under pressure
