Telesales Executive

Job Details

Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team, the company is a construction clothing company. This role requires someone is tenacious and confident with new business.  Ideal candidate will be one who has had at least a year in a telephone-based sales role.

Duties:

  • High volume of outbound calls to generate business opportunities
  • Fact find and prospect new clients
  • Qualify clients to ensure they are worth pursuing
  • Arrange appointments for the sales team, account manager and account directors
  • Ensure client information is up to date and accurate in the CRM
  • Build a pipeline, hit targets and KPI’s
  • Provide a clear and concise brief to Head of departments on findings – either face to face or over the telephone
