Telesales Executive

Job Details

We are seeking a confident, positive Telemarketing Executive to join the ACUTEC team, we are a specialist IT support, Cloud services and solutions provider based in the Midlands. We manage, develop and support IT systems by providing the best technology together with our award winning service for clients with 5 to 5000 users.

The role will initially involve lead generation and account profiling. The successful applicant will be making outbound calls targeting senior decision makers with the goal of securing high quality appointments for our sales team. The opportunity to develop and assist in account management is possible to the right candidate.

As a Telesales Executive you will be required to:

  • Contacting potential customers and liaising with clients.
  • Booking appointments for our Sales team.
  • Promoting the company’s services.
  • Maintaining and updating the database.
  • Tracking and collating outcome information and providing comprehensive reports.

Essential Attributes

  • An eye for detail.
  • Some work experience (could be six months or two years)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Superb verbal communication skills in English
  • Pleasant, positive personality
  • Drive and enthusiasm
