Due to expansion, Tensor is seeking a further Telesales Executive to join our existing small team in our St Helens office. The position involves telephoning prospective customers and telling them about Tensor’s Security and Time Management systems. You will then send sales information to the customer and discuss with the customer whether they have any need for our products.
The objective here is to determine customer “need” for our products and services and to qualify seriousness and chances of getting business. Where there is a genuine chance of getting a sale, sales demonstrations are then arranged by a Sales Consultant. The office is fully computerised and is run as a paperless office.
Applications are invited from sales orientated people with a good telephone manner who either have previous sales experience or alternatively feel that they are naturally a “sales” person and can succeed in this role. They must also be “at ease” using PC’s and be a good communicator.
We will provide full training on our products and training on how to use our computer systems. The role can be either full-time or part-time (role allows flexible working hours, between the core hours of 9am & 5pm).

Be a customer orientated person with a friendly but efficient disposition.
Be experienced in using PCs.
Be willing to learn about our products and able to develop their personal skills in dealing with people.
Basic salary is £7.50 – 7.83 per hour with commission of 1.5% of total order value on receipt of an official Purchase Order by the Tensor Sales Consultant.
