TELESALES EXECUTIVES
STOKE ON TRENT
PERMANENT
FULL TIME HOURS
£19794 PLUS COMMISSSION (OTE UP TO £24K)

Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to recruit a new team of Telesales Executives to carry out B2B telemarketing activities on their behalf.

Duties will involve:

  • Generating appointments for field sales representatives by identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering comprehensive information relating to potential new business opportunities and updating the CRM system accordingly
  • Contacting potential customers to gain a commitment to an appointment
  • Dealing with potential customer objections
  • Achieving daily and weekly targets
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of prospect customers’ shipping requirements and contact details
  • Promoting company products and services along with the benefits to potential customers
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system

Interested applicants will have

  • Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience of telemarketing, appointment making or telesales would be preferred but is not essential for candidates who are willing to learn
  • Strong organisational skills allied to a good level of IT literacy
