C&D are working with a well-established organisation based in Swindon, experiencing major growth. They are on the hunt for a Telesales Manager to manage their team of consultants.

up to £27k plus £12k OTE earnings and other fantastic benefits

As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of consultants to generate new customer appointments via cold calling, data conversion and following up on marketing campaigns, for the field based sales team to then convert. Your team will also be generating cross leads and appointments from existing customers. Additionally, drive renewals of existing customer contracts effectively, whilst also growing their revenue.

Being the Telesales Manager, you will be expected to drive revenue and profit growth from your team, effectively managing and delivering against sales KPI’s and the day to day management of the team. You will monitor them and conduct one-on-one reviews with direct reports to implement any training/development needs, which coaching, supporting and motivating them to achieve targets.

To secure the role as a Telesales Manager, you must have a proven background leading a successful team. You must possess excellent communication skills, be PC literate and thrive in a challenging environment. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt to a high pressured, fast paced environment with thorough knowledge and understanding on the products/services and vision/values of the organisation.
