Telesales Person

Job Details

Based in the Helston area my client is looking to recruit a permanent, Telesales person.

Well established business looking to expand into new markets and need more dynamic people to help the business achieve continued high growth.

Role aim: Generate new business sales and cross sell to existing customers.

Objectives:
• Keep CRM (Client Relationship Management) database content up to date
• Develop relationships through telephone contact with ‘prospects’ – ‘cold calling’
• Specific target number of calls to be made each day
• Monthly target of converting sales (achievable targets to be set after training period)
• Post sample products to ensure the prospects are clear about the current product offer with follow up calls to be made
• Increase sales in line with the Sales Budget, alongside other sales staff.
• Cross sell new product range to existing customer base
• Keep in contact with customers to ensure repeat business

Candidate will have experience of working within a busy telesales environment with a proven success track record in building relationships and converting sales. Knowledge of Sales Force would be an advantage. Candidates will have a positive, upbeat manner to handle objection handling that is prominent in this type of role. A confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills is also essential.

Full product training will be given along with training on our in-house bespoke software package
