Telesales Representative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our new Dawsongroup Vans business in Stockton on Tees. You will be responsible for closing sales negotiations over the phone both inbound and outbound, whilst maintaining  positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting a wide range of products to prospective customers whilst keeping updated an internal sales and marketing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them of any new product offerings
  • Answering questions about products and services offered
  • Asking key questions to understand customers exact requirements
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customers details onto the internal sales system
  • Working along side other sales and marketing staff to help facilitate future sales

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
  • A proven track record within a Telesales environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • Have a passion for working in a customer-focused environment
