The position: An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic medical sales person based in the South Central area to join their team.

Basic salary: Negotiable

Bonus: £10,000 – £15,000

Area working: South Central – Oxfordshire, Berkshire, part of Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Dorset, part of Surrey

Products: Minimally invasive products for urology, gynae and bariatric surgery

The role:

You will be selling to Urology, Gynaecology and Gastro surgeons providing technical demonstrations whilst procedures are being carried out.  You will train and educate customers on the correct usage of the products and negotiate with key decision makers in order to increase sales and market share.

Your experience:

Ideally, you will be experienced and dynamic salesperson who has successfully worked in the area of Minimally Invasive Surgery, ideally in the same territory boundaries with contacts in the hospitals on the patch. Alternatively, an outstanding graduate with Science degree, wishing to pursue a career in the Medical Devices Industry who has thoroughly researched the role of a medical rep or someone with clinical experience wishing to pursue a career in sales will also be considered. For experienced candidates, the following would also be beneficial:

  • Experience in capital and disposable sales.
  • Experience in Biologic mesh sales would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable success within the MIS specialities.
  • Excellent knowledge of General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynaecology and Urology.

You should be a hard working and down to earth individual looking for a new exciting challenge within a dynamic company.
