Due to continued success and exceptional growth, the VictoriaPlum.com team are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team at our head office in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

If you have previous experience working within a B2B Sales driven environment, either as an Account Manager working with Trade customers such as builders, plumbers and or property developers or operated in an Outbound/Inbound Telesales Advisor role, have excellent communication skills combined with a drive to deliver a memorable customer experience, the role of Sales Account Manager could be ideal for you!
As our new Sales Account Manager, you would describe yourself as the kind of person that:
- Excels under pressure and can organise and prioritise your workload
- Has a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
- Takes the time to truly understand a customer’s requirements and offer solutions and products to match
- Is a real team player and is driven to meet team targets
If you have all of those skills and more, we would love to hear from you. It would be desirable if you also have knowledge of MS Office, experience of using Sage200 and experience using CRM systems… although this is not essential to be considered for the role! Why work for us?

Your New Role
Joining the VictoriaPlum team as a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing long term relationships with trade account holders whilst delivering against your personal and departmental KPI’s. On a daily basis, your role will involve:
- Providing trade customers with expert sales advice and product information
- Reengaging with lapsed to customers with the aim to secure their long-term repeat business
- Negotiating and agreeing customer discounts
- Ensuring that accurate records are kept of customer discussions and correspondence
The role will involve working Monday – Friday covering two shift patterns with an early finish on a Friday.
