Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Kalcrest Recruitment provide permanent commercial staff UK wide.  We are expanding and are looking for a trainee consultant to join our friendly team in Rotherham.

Duties Include:

  • Screening applicants and checking their ID, industry qualifications etc
  • Calling existing clients to discuss candidates, arrange interviews and discuss job offers
  • Inputting data accurately and keeping compliant records using MS Office especially Excel
  • Emailing and general administrative support
  • Working to tight deadlines in a pressured environment

Skills/Experience Required:

  • First class customer service skills and experience – confident telephone manner for both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate inputting ability
  • Previous experience of working with customers – retail/call centre/travel rep/telesales considered
  • Previous experience of the recruitment industry would be partiularly desirable
  • Full clean driving license
  • Resilience, tenacity and a sense of humour essential!
