We are looking to recruit Trainee Sales Advisers to join our Sales team based in our North West office reporting to the Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will undergo a full training programme and will be developed on the Miller Homes standards and processes as applied within the Sales function. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of customer facing or other sales related roles although not necessarily from the housing sector. You will be a proficient user of IT (MS office suite) and any experience with a CRM system is desirable.

You will genuinely enjoy dealing with people, establishing their needs and demonstrating how our new homes are designed. You will need to have a bright and friendly personality, have a passion for selling and be totally committed to customer care.

As this is a regional role you will be site based and should be prepared to work weekends with access to own transport in order to commute to sites within the North West.
