About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our used vehicle sales team at our Motorpark operation in Plasmarl, Swansea.

This is a busy, high performing site and as such we are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join the team.

You would be expected to work an average of 41hrs per week (on a rota basis that includes weekends) and in return would receive a basic salary, commission package (with staged increases based on experience) and use of a company car upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Responsibilities

Serving as a liaison between our valued customers and the business
Confirming sales terms and agreements, and finalising transactions with customers
Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations

Addressing customer enquiries and addressing their concerns to facilitate the purchasing decision

About you

The ideal candidate will:

have an understanding of sales process, preferably in a retail environment
be capable of engaging with customers confidently and professionally, whether through email, telephone, virtual appointments, or in the showroom.
possess excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals to regularly achieve or surpass sales targets.
preferably, have experience of working within a customer facing environment.
be organised and demonstrate attention to detail.
be computer literate.
be able to work on one’s own initiative as well as being an effective team player.
possess a valid full driving licence.
