Trainee Telesales Advisor

Job Details

Working 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri this opportunity will be perfect for a bright, talented and enthusiastic person looking to join a hugely successful internal sales team. You will be joining an award-winning company who prides themselves on delivering a first-class service to their customers. These permanent opportunities will suit ambitious individuals who are looking to build a successful career in sales. Previous telesales experience is not required.

The team is the best in the industry and they believe in rewarding people for outstanding performance. The ecommerce division is a business to business supplier offering a wide range of standard products.

The Candidate

We are looking for talented individuals who have great communication skills, drive and determination and a proven track record of achievement, and who would thrive working in a professional fast paced, fun call centre environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Outbound Business to Business telephone sales
  • Highlighting benefits to potential customers
  • Exploring potential solutions for customers
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Delivering / exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
  • Contribute to teams success
  • Promoting the brand

Skills / Attributes

  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Good standard of education (Minimum A Levels or equivalent)
