Our client is one of the UK’s most successful management development and sales training organisations based in Coventry.
As they continue their growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Training & Consultancy Sales Executive to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling tailored management training and sales training solutions.
You will be a highly-motivated sales person who can win new business and develop more business from their existing client data base of 4,000 that you can use to
You will receive 80-90% of your leads and opportunities each month from marketing and you will have an existing client base that you can pursue for additional opportunities.
The role will be based in Coventry and requires nationwide travel from time to time to meet with new prospects and existing clients.
Full training and support will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities:
·Following up on leads from enquiries
·Calling existing clients to promote products and services
·Converting prospective clients
·Building relationships with new and existing customers
·Setting up appointments
·Prospecting, researching and generating leads
·Promoting new ideas/items to clients
·Producing proposals for training
·Diary management and using the CRM system
·Attend client visits
·Proactively sourcing sales leads
·Contacting new businesses and selling company courses
·Scheduling calls and building strong business relationships to gain new business
·Experience of working within in a team and being relationships
·Experience of sales and management training
·Must be highly numerate
·Experience of business to business sales
·Must be able to work under own initiative
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Must show excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Appreciation and understanding of the training industry
·Must be flexible
·Experienced user of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·Experienced in working with CRM systems/databases
Up to £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
24 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
Work based pension
Hours: Monday to Friday full time
