UAV Sales Executive

Plowman Craven has a unique and exciting opportunity which breaks existing surveying barriers, with our latest innovation – Vogel R3D.
The revolutionary new service is a UAV-based system that enables the comprehensive remote surveying of infrastructure environments to a sub-5mm accuracy in a fraction of the time of a traditional survey. Breaking new ground, the new service has been described by Network Rail as a ‘Game Changer’ in measurement and asset management. Such innovation needs to be expanded into the wider surveying world and this role has been created to enable that to happen.
With this in mind, an exciting role has arisen for a proactive, self-motivated and confident individual to join our new team. The ideal candidate will be a capable first line technical sales person who will thrive to fuel this continued growth and unlock the potential within to make the role their own.
In return, you will be part of a leading provider of services into the infrastructure environment with key clients such as Network Rail, Transport for London and Crossrail. The role offers excellent career prospects and the ability to earn significant commission in addition to the competitive base salary.
- Developing and delivering a structured sales strategy for Vogel R3D
- Direct sales of Vogel R3D services to key infrastructure clients
- Developing new opportunities whilst maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Representing the company and promoting the product at Conferences and Exhibitions
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of sales in a technical industry
- The ability to build and develop relationships
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
