As Group BDM you will report into a Group General Manager, you will be fully responsible for working closely on a day to day bases with your current team of circa 5 who operate across the UK marketplace.
As Group BDM your role will be to Direct, Train, motivate and Control your existing team to achieve all agreed business and personal objectives. Balancing your own personal time with Head office commitments and field based client and team meetings. As Group BDM you will be the driving force of the team in regards for developing the new business strategy working closely with your team to target and contract profitable new business opportunity that are available in the current marketplace.
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced “Travel and Accommodation Sales Manager or indeed a highly successful Director of Hotel or Regional Hotel Sales, someone who has commercially been working closely with revenue, reservations departments in order to make sure that new contracted business that has been “efficiently processed” managed thus ensuring that the business can clearly maximise financial opportunities.
