Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground up—identifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
– Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research.
– Build and grow a personal sales pipeline.
– Identify and qualify new opportunities.
– Present solutions confidently.
Account Growth & Management
– Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients.
– Maximise revenue opportunities.
– Develop strong long-term relationships.
– Maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaboration & Internal Engagement
– Work closely with internal teams.
– Leverage specialists to shape solutions.
– Participate in training and development.
Performance & Accountability
– Meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
– Maintain a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
– Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic.
Skills & Experience Required
– Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
– Strong appetite for winning new business.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Confidence in end‑to‑end sales cycle management.
– Resilience and persistence.
– Ability to work independently.
Personal Attributes
– Hungry, driven, ambitious, and commercially aware.
– Tenacious with a “never give up” mindset.
