Terms & Conditions for Recruiters and Candidates/Candidates
Salesroles.com  also requires visitors  to enable session cookies (enabling permanent cookies is recommended)
1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms & Conditions the following definitions apply:

“Salesroles.com” is operated under licence by  Job Roles Limited :

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12649996 and have Our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road , London , N1 7GU. Our main trading address is 20-22 Wenlock Road , London .

“Candidate/Candidates”  the applicant who has registered their details with Salesroles.com with the intention of finding suitable employment.
Candidate /Candidates Registration (salesroles.com may refer to candidates as candidate or vice-versa)

“Recruiter” the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated Company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 who has entered a service agreement whereby Salesroles.com supplies services to that party.

“Website” the Website located on the internet at salesroles.com where it promotes its services to both Recruiter and the Candidate.

“Advertisement” any promotional material supplied by a Recruiter to display for transmission on the Website.

1.2. Unless the context requires otherwise, references to the singular include the plural and references to the masculine include the feminine and vice versa.

1.3. The headings contained in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

2. General

2.1. This Website is operated under lience by Job Roles Limited
It is made available to you based on the Terms of Use set below, and by using the Website you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2.2. Job Roles Limited complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, with regards to the handling of and respect of any Candidate information received and will endeavour to keep such information confidential unless requested to do otherwise.

2.3. All copyright, database rights and any other intellectual property rights including material provided on the Website are owned by Job Roles  Limited  or its third party suppliers.

2.4. Job Roles  Limited does not act or have any relationship as an Employment Agency or business, to provide Employment services on behalf of any Recruiter, Candidate or any other user of the Website.

2.5. Job posting Services to Recruiters will only commence once a recruiter account has been registered and approved   and credit (s) issued  through payment to the Job Roles Limited.

2.6. Recruiters are obliged to keep their registered password confidential, and to not disclose to any other person outside of their organisation. Any misuse of the salesroles.com   Website under their password will be the responsibility of the registered Recruiter. If Salesroles.com has reason to believe that a password has been used by an unauthorised person, restrictions may be placed on that password.

2.7. Recruiters must act in a fair and professional manner when contacting and dealing with Candidates obtained through the Website, in order to avoid bringing Job Roles  Limited into disrepute.

2.8. The Recruiter will indemnify any claim inclusive of legal costs commenced by a Candidate against Job Roles Limited which has arisen from a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Recruiter.

3. Job Posting

3.1. Recruiters are responsible for entering all their own lineage/image Advertisements online through the Website, or through Job posting tools such as Broadbean and idibu.

3.2. All Advertisements should be legal, decent and truthful and comply with all applicable advertising laws, rules and regulations.

3.3. Advertisements may unless otherwise stated contain artwork, logo or design work.

3.4. Any  Advertisement containing offensive, obscene or indecent language will be removed from the Website.

3.5. Salesroles.com may edit or remove any advert which fails to comply with legal or moral obligations, at the discretion on Salesroles.com.

3.6. The Recruiter may edit, delete any of their roles  at any time within a standard or premium subscription period, by using their online registration details through the Website.
3.7 URLs or email links (live ) are not permitted in any copy of the job description page. Email links are permitted from the ‘Apply now for this role’  and url linking is permitted from the `Application Form Link’ to a recruiter/company

4. CV Search

4.1. This service is available to all Recruiters who have purchased Job Credit(s). The Recruiter is able to download Candidate CV’s via the Website.

4.2. As a Recruiter, you  have access to the  salesroles.com  database and should be aware that all database rights are owned by Job Roles  Limited. Recruiters should acknowledge that they do not acquire any rights to the database or its content, and its use is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

4.3. Recruiters must only use information from the candidate database for their recruitment activities, and the information should not be supplied or sold to any person or organisation outside of the Recruiter’s company.

4.4. The Recruiter must adhere and abide with the Data Protection Act 1998 when handling information regarding candidate’s details.

5. Company Banners/logos

5.1.All recruiters when they register and upload a profile can display a logo of their company. There is no charge for this.

5.2.Featured  Logo with Link to your Job Postings
If you have purchased job advert(s) a logo button will be displayed in no particular order on the Website’s search result page(s) and will link to either the Recruiters’ company profile page or Job Advertisements on the Website. The logo will be displayed for as long as stated in the price/service provided (28 days).
6. Featured job on Search Results Page Right Hand Side
6.1. If you have purchased job advert(s) a logo button will be displayed in no particular order on the Website’s job search  page right hand side and will link to either the Recruiters’ company profile page or Job Advertisements on the Website. The logo will be displayed for as long as stated in the price/service provided (28 days).

6.2. All logo image banners and contextual home page link Advertisement(s)   will link to either the Recruiters’ company profile  or Job  Advertisement on salesroles.com. It is at the discretion of Salesroles.com to display the image banner or contextual link Advertisement on a rotational basis.

7. Rates & Payment and Commencement of Services
As all Services require pre-payment, Services will not commence until payment is received and cleared.
Prices
Prices are as specified here

A job posted on Salesroles.com will remain live for 28 days or such shorter time as agreed with the Customer. Any extension of this time beyond 28 days will be charged to the Customer as a new posting. Any jobs posted in addition to the agreed number of jobs per month will be charged at a price per job agreed with the customer at the time of the contract negotiation. If no price has been negotiated, a flat fee of £70*VAT per job will be charged for each job over the agreed number.
If a customer deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two jobs.
If any Services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent*. The Customer will be responsible for payment for any unused Services
*All Credits purchased must be used within 12 months
8. Cancellation/refunds

8.1 Refunds
Our system will only charge your credit/debit card /method of payment when the product or service you have require has been requested by you  . If you have difficulties with the  system, please contact the salesroles team. You can reach them at 0330 223 4386 or email   support@salesroles.com

8.2. Either Salesroles.com or the Recruiter may, at their discretion, terminate the contract at any time by notice in writing/email to the other party.

8.3. Salesroles.com has the right to cancel or suspend the Recruiter’s services if the Recruiter is in breach of the contract, and fails to remedy such a breach within 7 days of notice from Salesroles.com.

9. Indemnity

9.1. Save for any liability which cannot be limited by law, the total liability of the Recruiter shall not exceed £10,000 in the aggregate. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither party shall be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, anticipated savings howsoever caused.

10. Liability

10.1. Salesroles.com holds no responsibility for any loss, delay, damage or costs howsoever caused through the use of the Website.

10.2. It is the liability of the Recruiter to provide adequate and accurate information on any of the Advertisements they have on the Website.

Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
Candidates and recruiters need to be aware that salesroles.com operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply candidates to recruiters (or vice versa). This means that we do not:
obtain sufficient information for potential recruiters to select a suitable candidate for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill;
obtain confirmation of the identity of a candidate or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorisation to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;
take any steps to ensure the candidate and recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the candidate to fulfil the position to be filled;
take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the candidate or the recruiter for the candidate to fulfil the position to be fulfilled;
give any indication to recruiters whether candidates are unsuitable (or suitable) for any position to be filled in any circumstances;
Propose candidates to recruiters or provide any information about them.
take up any references in relation to a candidate; or
Make any arrangements for accommodation of candidates.
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (the “Regulations”) seek to ensure that candidates are only proposed by employment agencies for roles for which they are properly qualified and that recruiters are only offered candidates who have the appropriate levels of experience, training, qualifications and authorisation for the position to be filled. Since we are only a venue and do not propose or introduce candidates to recruiters or vice versa, it is recommended that, if you are a candidate you undertake the steps set out in the Regulations to ensure your suitability for the role advertised or, if you are a recruiter, to ensure a candidate’s suitability for the role.
These could include:
If you are a candidate; checking the identity of the recruiter and the nature of its business, the commencement date and duration of the position, the position to be filled including type of work, location, hours and risks to health and safety, experience, training, qualifications and authorisation which the recruiter considers necessary or are required by law or otherwise to undertake the position, whether any expenses are payable by you as a candidate or whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you to satisfy before taking up a position.
If you are a recruiter; checking the identity of the candidate and that the candidate has the experience, training, qualifications and authorisation required by law or otherwise for the position and whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you, as the recruiter, to meet to enable a candidate to take up a position.

In addition, where professional qualifications are required or where candidate are to work with vulnerable persons or children, you should obtain copies of the relevant qualifications or authorisation, obtain at least two references from people who are not relatives of the candidate and undertake a criminal records bureau check of the candidate
Any searching or screening tools provided by us for use in your assessment of the suitability or otherwise of any particular candidate or advertised vacancy are to assist you in taking these steps, but are not intended as a substitute

11. LAW

11.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Candidate /Candidates Registration (salesroles.com may refer to candidate as candidates or vice-versa)
3.1. Candidates are allowed to register their details on the Website for free, and are given the option to disclose his or her details to a third party. In order to comply with the Data Protection Act, if requested by the Candidate,salesroles.comwill only make available their contact details and/or copies of the CV’s which have been received for distribution to registered Recruiters for the sole purpose of finding suitable employment for the Candidate.
3.2. It is the Candidate‘s responsibility to indicate their right for their details to remain anonymous. Salesroles.comcannot be held liable if this requirement is not expressed.
3.3. It is the responsibility of the Candidate to provide details which are a true and accurate reflection of themselves, their education & training and their employment history.
3.4. The Candidate is obliged to keep their registered password confidential, and to not disclose to any other person. Any misuse of the Website under their password will be the responsibility of the registered Candidate.
3.5. Salesroles.com has the discretionary right at any time and without notice to decline, suspend or delete any Candidates details if deemed to be inaccurate, inappropriate or unsuitable for the purpose of the Website.
3.6. The Candidate is responsible for correctly entering a valid and active email address. The Candidate is also responsible if they wish to change their email address by amending their details via the Website..
4. Applications
4.1. The Candidate’s may register their details on salesroles.com when they first apply online for any vacancy advertised on Salesroles.com.
4.2. It is the responsibility of the Candidate to have fully read and understood the requirements of the vacancy and have a reasonable cause to believe they would be suitable.
4.3. The Candidate is personally liable to satisfy all the necessary immigration requirements of the country where the vacancy is to be held.
4.4. Salesroles.com cannot be held liable for any inaccurate, misinterpreted or ambiguous information given within the content of the Advertisement by the Recruiter.
5. Liability
5.1. Salesroles.com hold no responsibility for any loss, delay, damage or costs howsoever caused through the use of the Website.
5.2. It is the liability of the Recruiter to provide adequate and accurate information on any of the Advertisements they have placed on the Website.
6. Cancellation
6.1. The Candidate may immediately cancel their candidate account at any time online. This process will delete all their account and personal information with any CV document directly attached to their account. Any application form details made via the Website will remain with Salesroles.com and with the company who the Candidate applied to.
6.2. Salesroles.com may at its sole discretion, terminate all provision of services to the Candidate, arising from a breach of any obligations under these Terms of Use.
IMPORTANT: Your current employer may be a customer of salesroles.com, or a client of one of our customers. Salesroles.com cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. As part of the registration process Salesroles.com offers you the option of remaining anonymous.
11. LAW

11.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
