In this role, you work within a fast-paced and technically demanding Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Head, duties will include owning all aspects of the sales lifecycle (Excluding new business). Liaising, with various departments and stakeholders, is a role in which you will have exposure to a variety of different business functions.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager, with at least 3 years in a similar position. Further value will be seen in a degree and strong knowledge of Content Delivery, The Cloud and Infrastructure.

The Role
*Support the growth of global accounts, working alongside the Account Director
*Presales and mobilisation support
*Full accountability to manage customer relationships
*Provide technical expertise for questions arising during the deployment of solutions

The Person
*3+ years experience in Account Management
*Demonstrable experience in providing technical support
*Previous experience in working in customer-facing roles, including Pre-sales, Project Deployments and Customer Support.
*Naturally technical
