The Role
This role of the business development Executive/ Territory sales manager is a mixture of developing new business and account management of our existing Care Homes within the Essex area working from home you will report to the Head Of Strategic Partnerships.

The candidate will ideally have a background of working within the Healthcare industry; knowledge of the care home sector would be advantageous. The ability to manage existing accounts and continue to grow sales and profit is essential: we would expect you to come from a successful sales background where customer service was paramount and products and services were sold at a profit.

The role will primarily cover the Essex area.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key ambassador for the business
Creating new business opportunities with Existing Care Homes
Lead generation for new Care Home business
Maintaining a high retention of Care Homes
Account Management of the Care Home queries and concerns
Represent Visioncall at conferences and seminars
Carry out the role in line with Visioncall’s Standard Operating Procedures
