Business Development Executive
(Outbound Appointment Setter)
Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum with performance-based OTE of £39,600
Job type: Full time / Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the field sales team
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling outreach
• Develop and maintain relationships with leads, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged
• Maintain accurate records of all activities using the outbound sales CRM
• Listening and understanding business owners, uncovering pain points, supplier information and expiry dates of IT and telecoms contracts to build pipeline and future opportunities.
