The Role

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across our conferences. You’ll research new industries, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop bespoke sponsorship packages that deliver real ROI for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and researching new industry sectors and potential sponsors.
Building and maintaining a sales database.
Cold-calling new business prospects and nurturing warm leads.
Engaging with senior decision-makers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Creating compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to client needs.
Managing current client accounts and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Attending and running conferences, ensuring sponsors receive exceptional service on the day.
Collaborating with marketing to optimise sales and lead generation strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a high-energy, tenacious, and ambitious individual who is excited about working in a sales-driven environment.

Minimum of six months’ work experience (sales experience preferred but not essential).
Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a hunger for success.
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive in finding new business opportunities.
A professional and well-presented approach when dealing with clients.
