Construction Sales Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Construction Sales Representative to join the successful team at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland at our industry leading premises, covering the East Yorkshire and Hull area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate person to join our sales team and embark on an exciting career path, selling a range of industry leading construction machinery.

This is an exciting role for an individual with experience within the construction machinery or sales industry.

As a Construction Sales Representative, this role involves maximise the sale of new and used construction machinery from our range of manufacturers to an existing customer base, whilst also developing relationships and selling to new customers. Primary duties will include maintaining and developing customer relations, ensuring a good understanding of our machinery range actively selling machinery to customers within a specified territory and completing all sales related paperwork.

Although the office base for this role will be at our Bishop Auckland branch, this role can also be performed remotely as the territory for the position will span across East Yorkshire and Hull area. Therefore, with this large and high potential area, you will spend the majority of your time on customer premises promoting our range of machinery, offering demonstrations and developing positive customer relationships within your dedicated territory.

• Have knowledge of the construction industry;
• Are able to work to targets and are proactive and motivated;
• Have a driven, professional attitude and are IT literate;
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Contract Type – Permanent, Full Time

Office Base – Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland, Holland House, St Helens Way, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9AX – however you will spend the majority of your working time out of the office on the road and at our customer premises.

Working Hours – Minimum of 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis
