£20k basic (rising to £21,500 based on performance) + OTE £45K + Excellent benefits + guaranteed earnings in your first 3 months

40hrs 5 day week – shifts across Monday to Sunday – ONLY 3 weekend days a month!

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for Customer Sales Advisor to join our Ninja head office sales team in Motherwell. As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be provided with warm finance leads and you are responsible for converting accepted finance agreements into sales deals. Full training on FCA products and services and the processes of selling car finance will be provided through our world class Ninja Training Academy!

What you will do

  • Building and selling finance agreements over the telephone, email and live chat
  • Qualify customer needs to understand where they are in their car buying journey
  • Advise and present best options to the customer to fit their needs
  • Communicating and updating the customer on the progress of their finance agreement
  • Liaise daily with internal departments such as payouts, handover, admin on progress of customers finance agreement
  • Liaise with external car dealer groups on customers car purchase/options
  • Update CRM system with all relevant information
  • Check and validate customer documents i.e. bank details, driving licence
    Always deliver exceptional customer service remembering the customer is at the heart of what we do

What you will need

  • Previous telephone sales/customer service experience is preferred however full training is provided
  • Call or contact centre experience is advantageous (we are not a typical call centre!)
  • Ability to follow a call structure and sales process
    Ease in explaining complex products clearly and concisely
  • Achieve and maintain compliance standards
  • The drive to succeed and to meet both personal and team targets
  • Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Hard working, self-motivated and resilient
  • Organised and impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience handling objections
  • An existing knowledge of vehicle sales, car finance and car leasing would be highly beneficial
