Customer Sales Advisor


Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday on a shift pattern with an hour’s break of which 30mins is paid. You will be required to work Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

We have fantastic offices to allow colleagues to connect and catch up, one in central Edinburgh (with stunning 360 views of the city) and another in the coastal town of Berwick Upon Tweed; both a short walk from transport links.

Being a GoFibre Ambassador selling the right WI-FI package to customers
Building great connections with our customers to help you achieve targets and be rewarded for it
Providing plain-talking, jargon-free support


A passion for selling
Great at communicating and connecting with people over the phone
Previous telephone sales experience would be ideal
Ability to sell the best service, support or product to customers
Self-motivated and determined to thrive in a fast moving environment
