Mainstream Digital Ltd is a rapidly growing telecommunications provider that has been at the forefront of corporate communication solutions for over 20 years and we are looking for a Desk Based Account Manager In the sales department we are looking for more Desk Based Account Managers to fit into one of our existing successful teams.

We are looking for good team players, who are very motivated and target driven, to help with the company’s future growth plans.

Key responsibilities;

•        To call from assigned campaigns to create a lead or visit for a field agent.

•        Record information given via customers in CRM

•        Manage inbound call traffic / possible inbound sale enquires

•        To be able to close and convert sales over the phone

•        Assist the team field agent with quotes, processing orders and following orders through to implementation

•        Provide ongoing account manager support to existing customers and offering Mainstreams new services through consultative sales approach.

Mainstream encourage progression and promotion within the company, and will provide training to employees on a weekly basis.

Skills required

•        Basic PC skills

•        A can do attitude

•        Willing to learn and progress

•        A previous sales background would be required

In return Mainstream will offer a very competitive package of an OTE £25,600 – £27,600

No telecoms experience required, as training will be given
