European Sales Director Job
Location: Lyon, France
Salary:
€100,000 – €130,000 base + Bonus + other benefits
The organization is a leading manufacturer of single-use bioprocess products all designed exclusively for the biopharmaceutical industry and centred on innovation.
The Position:
Part of the executive leadership team responsible for contributing strategically and aligning the commercial team with the commercial strategy of the company.
Using experience and industry expertise to structure the commercial side of the business.
Manage and develop the commercial team through mentoring, guiding and training.
Drive sales across the EMEA region.
The position is home based in France preferably near Lyon.
Carry out reporting, analyse and deploy the actions necessary for the development of our market.
The Requirements:
Sales experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
10 years relevant experience is required with at least 5 as a leader.
Valid Drivers licence as well as fluent French and English are essential.
