About the Role
Our client, a high-performing recruitment firm operating within London’s lucrative white-collar market, is looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and engaging top talent
Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement
Working towards targets and earning commission based on performance
Developing strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate (or equivalent) in any discipline
Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a competitive edge
Eagerness to learn and build a successful career in recruitment
