Description
A busy emergency call-out service is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join their team on an initial three month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers with plumbing, electrical and gas emergencies by connecting them with trusted contractors.
What you’ll do:
Handle inbound calls from customers reporting emergencies.
Take details of the issue and arrange for a contractor to attend the property.
Earn a £5 bonus per sale on top of your hourly rate, with the potential to make up to 20 sales on a peak day.
Work scheduled shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
Strong communication skills and able to stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable working a shift pattern that includes weekends.
This role is inbound calls only, with no cold calling or outbound work. You’ll receive a salaried position plus an achievable bonus per sale (no threshold).
Location: Stretford
Pay: £23,400 – £31,200 per annum + c£5 per sale bonus
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts between 7am and 9pm, including either a Saturday or a Sunday)
