Internal Sales Executive / Business Development / Lead Generation
£18,000 – £25,000 Depending on experience
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

A global manufacturer of specialist electronic components and systems seeks a driven internal sales executive who will provide direct support to customers and external sales/account managers, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with professionally and within a timely manner.
– Help the company achieve and exceed sales targets
– Issue quotations and follow up to secure orders
– Actively engage in performance management
– Develop and implement customer specific strategies in cooperation with the sales managers
– Identify new contracts, customers and new business opportunities
– To liaise with internal departments and follow up on leads given to the sales team
– To plan and organise your own daily work and leads to maximise sales and minimise the sales cycle.
– Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
– To be flexible with working patterns when requested
– Maintain and update internal CRM database accurately
– Cross sell to expand sales for the Company
– Excellent customer service whilst selling to improve Company branding
– To make outbound telephone calls
– You may occasionally be asked to meet face to face with customers
– Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company
– Customer focused
– Strong team player
– Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
– Working knowledge of a CRM would be beneficial
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
