The purpose of the role is to accelerate international growth by building strong distributor partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the export sales process. This role combines relationship management with hands-on sales administration to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service across global markets.
Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
Drive revenue growth and strengthen distributor relationships by providing marketing support, strategic guidance, and tools that enable distributors to increase market share and brand presence.
Provide administrative support, prepare quotations, respond to customer enquiries via email, webchat and phone, and process international orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Use video presentations to connect with customers and reduce carbon emissions.
Work closely with logistics teams to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and ensure export compliance.
Verify export documentation and discuss finance arrangements with customers to ensure smooth transactions.
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 7.5 hours per day plus 30-minute lunch break.

Ideal Candidate
Essential Skills & Attributes
Strong interest in business development and global markets.
Commercial awareness with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in international sales, business development, or working with distributors.
Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Desirable
Fluency in Spanish and/or other widely spoken languages is advantageous.
Additional languages are beneficial but not essential.
Familiarity with export processes and documentation.
CRM system experience is advantageous.
