About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our welcoming and diverse global marketing team. Based in the London office, this role will work across a portfolio of global events.
You will support the marketing team to execute results-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign execution including; copywriting, campaign analysis, data selections, email sends, social media, website updates and digital marketing.
You should be a confident individual able to work and communicate with a busy global marketing team as this will be a daily part of your role.

Responsibilities and duties:
Support the marketing team in execution of marketing across the full marketing mix where required (email marketing, digital channels, social media)
Work closely with senior members of the marketing team to deliver the best result for the product
Create and send email campaigns
Monitor and update reporting on activity, response rates, targets and KPIs
Build and maintain event website pages
Create social media campaigns
Work with the design team to create and update content pieces
Negotiate and manage media partnerships
Liaise with suppliers including printers and designers
Work with data team to build email data sets
About You
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree – B.S. or B.A. or relevant marketing experience
Ability to create and work to marketing plan
Knowledge of and experience using social media platforms
Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
Ability to write compelling led copy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proofing and editing competency
Experience in campaign tracking and reporting
Data literate – segmentation, integrity
Hands on experience with email deployment systems, web-based software, back-end website CMS and CRM (desired but not essential)
Understanding of direct and digital marketing metrics (desired but not essential)
Knowledge of financial markets and in particular, the alternative asset industry (desired but not essential)
