Job description – Marketing Executive
You will work closely with the Commercial Director, Sales team, and external marketing agency to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
This fast-growing business is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing, brand building, and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career quickly and progress into a future management role within a fast-paced and expanding business.
Key responsibilities – Marketing Executive
Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Sales team, and external marketing agency to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Develop and deliver engaging marketing content across digital and offline channels.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and engaging content.
Support the creation and execution of lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Assist in developing brand awareness and positioning the business as a market leader in logistics.
Manage and optimise CRM systems to support sales activity, lead tracking, and customer engagement.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, brand messaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
Support website updates, email marketing campaigns, and marketing collateral production.
Job requirements – Marketing Executive
A driven and curious graduate – degrees in Marketing are beneficial.
Prior experience in marketing, social media, CRM, or lead generation is advantageous.
Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress into a management role.
Passionate about marketing, branding, and digital engagement.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

A great starting salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on previous experience.
