We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy winning new business.
You’ll spend your time speaking to business owners, generating opportunities, building your own pipeline and closing deals.
No insurance experience required. Full training provided.
You’ll probably be a good fit if:
You’ve worked in telesales, business development, recruitment, financial services, car sales or another target-driven sales role
You enjoy outbound calling
You know your KPIs, targets and conversion rates
You like earning commission
You don’t need someone else to generate opportunities for you
You probably won’t enjoy this role if:
You prefer managing existing accounts
You rely on inbound enquiries or warm leads
You dislike cold calling
You don’t enjoy working to targets
You can’t tell us what you’ve achieved against your sales KPI
What’s on offer?
£30k-£35k basic (more available for exceptional salespeople)
8% commission on all new business and renewals
Realistic £80k+ earnings within 3 years
Top performers earning £150k+
Fully funded Sales Academy
Cert CII qualification within 6 months
