Description:
We’re exclusively partnering with our client to recruit a Partnerships Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking SaaS business, helping accounting professionals embrace digital transformation.
This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term relationships, driving adoption of cloud solutions, and contributing to growth within a defined territory.
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible working considered)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach
Recruit, educate, and onboard new accounting partners
Build strong relationships using consultative selling techniques
Drive adoption of digital and cloud strategies within partner firms
Attend events, deliver workshops, and present tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay updated on product features
What Success Looks Like
Meeting monthly targets and maintaining high activity levels
Recruiting new partners and managing existing relationships
Clearly articulating solution value based on partner needs
Facilitating networking and partner events
Candidate Profile
Passion for building relationships with accounting firms
Ability to create quick rapport and work autonomously with a solutions-driven mindset
Experience in consultative sales within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
Knowledge of accounting practices and systems (advantageous)
