PR Account Manager – Daventry | £40k-£48k + Bonus + Flexible Working
Are you a hands-on marketing all-rounder who loves seeing campaigns through from start to finish? Join a results-driven, full-service PR & marketing agency with a track record of supporting high value clients for two decades, including international clients, and brands like Disney, Cartoon Network, and Warner Bros.
What You’ll Do:
Own 3 key client accounts with full campaign responsibility
Plan seasonal campaigns, manage budgets, and write B2B/B2C press releases
Source and manage influencers, support social campaigns, and organise events
Deliver client updates, reporting, and analysis
About You:
Strong B2C marketing experience – practical, hands-on, and consumer-focused
Extremely organised, forward-thinking, and methodical
Comfortable getting stuck in across all areas – “not too posh to pack kits”
Likely been a standalone marketing lead or in a small business role
Loyal, career-focused, and looking for the right move
