Sales Administrator

Our client is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the sales team by producing customer quotations, following up on quotations and processing orders. You will also be expected to do a number of proactive calls to your database of clients to see if any order might be coming once all your general tasks are completed. It will not be high volume of calls like this, but it is important that you are keen to support with some sales calls as regularly as possible.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving customer calls
  • Quotation requests via telephone, emails and the website
  • Generating and sending out quotations to customers
  • Diarising follow up calls with customers after quotes
  • Processing orders
  • Proactive calls to your client base to generate new orders or leads

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, good accuracy and attention to detail; as well as being confident to do a small volume of sales calls to your client base.
