Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our office in Swinton.
Kenny Waste Management have been providing an environmentally safe and controlled waste management service for over 30 years, and with continuous investment we now process over 15,000 tonnes of waste each month.

Job Purpose
To provide effective administrative and sales support to the National and Regional Sales Teams, ensuring the smooth operation of key processes and delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administration and sales support to the National/Regional Sales Teams.
Create and send quotations for new and existing customer sites.
Manage HubSpot CRM, including:
Creating and updating contacts
Creating new deals
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records
Sending welcome emails
Set up and manage Customer Portal logins, including password resets.
Produce ad hoc waste reports as required.
Assist customers with portal navigation and general system support.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and support business projects as needed.
Assist the supply chain team by obtaining compliance and supporting documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative support role.
Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used office software.
