We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team in Motherwell. If you’re driven, love speaking to people, and want to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team with big career opportunities, this is for you.
What you will be doing
· Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling!
· Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
· Advising customers on tailored car finance options
· Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval
· Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals
· Logging updates accurately in our CRM system
· Verifying documents such as ID and bank details
· Providing outstanding customer service – always

You’ll be fully trained through our in-house Ninja Training Academy – a hands-on, immersive learning experience that sets you up for success. Learn everything from FCA regulations and finance products to objection handling and high-conversion sales techniques. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll be guided every step of the way
What you will need
· Sales or customer service experience (especially phone-based)
· Previous contact centre experience is a bonus – but we’re not a typical call centre
· A confident, clear communicator who builds rapport easily
· Able to follow a structured sales process and hit KPIs
· Motivated, goal-driven, and full of energy
· Detail-oriented, organised, and good at handling objections
· Knowledge of car finance or motor sales? Even better!

Example shift pattern
week 1: 9-6 Monday to Friday
Week 2: 10-7 weekday shifts, 2 days weekdays off in the week, 9-6 Saturday, 10:30 – 5:30 Sunday
